Cranes over the Sangres - Panorama

The setting sun casts its final pink-purple rays onto the Sagre de Cristo Mountains while the sandhills head home for the night. This picture consists of six vertical photographs taken with a 400mm lens and stitched together in Photoshop. The result of this type of capture is an extremely high resolution image that can be printed quite large without loss of detail.
